Mother’s Day weekend at Gulliver’s Valley

Mums can enjoy fantastic adventures with loved ones when Gulliver’s Valley serves up a special Mother’s Day Weekend.

For Saturday, March 14 and Sunday, March 15 entry to the Rotherham theme park will be free for each adult who is accompanied by one full-paying child (over 90cms in height).

It promises to be a wonderful weekend of family fun, with resort mascots Gully and the gang helping create magical memories for mum to treasure.

There is so much to enjoy at Gulliver’s Valley, with more than 50 rides, attractions, shows and activities to savour.

The two newest rides, introduced last year, are Crazy Planes and Turbo Towers in the Gulliver’s Gears area, with Turbo Towers offering riders treetop views of the Rother Valley before plunging them down a 15-metre drop, while Crazy Planes invites you to buckle up and enjoy a ‘flight’ which spins guests through the skies!

All the other favourite rides and attractions will be ready to entertain young and old alike, including Apache Falls, Ghostly Galleon pirate ship, Lost Jurassic World, alongside Gulliver’s Gears, which also houses the Grand Prix Racer rollercoaster and a range of classic cars.

Terence Ncube, operations director at Gulliver’s Valley, said: “Family is what Gulliver’s is all about and we want to make sure mums have a wonderful time enjoying the park with their loved ones. We have an exciting and busy year ahead, with lots of special events lined up, and we couldn’t have a better way to get the season underway than a weekend that makes all those special mums out there the centre of attention!”

You can save money if you book your tickets in advance, with tickets for each child from just £18 per person.

And you can turn your visit to Gulliver’s Valley into something truly special for mum by booking in for an overnight stay. Gulliver’s Valley has a variety of family accommodation options to choose from, including Unicorn and Princess Suites, Pirate Lodges, Western Cabins, Fairytale Hideouts, and the mighty Megalodon Lodge.
