Families visiting Gulliver’s Valley this summer can look forward to an all-new programme of interactive entertainment, as Summer Soundwaves brings a packed schedule of music, dance and live performances to the Rotherham theme park.
Running daily from July 25 to September 6, Summer Soundwaves will transform the park into a festival-style experience, with something for everyone to enjoy throughout the day.
Guests can join in with Buddy’s Buccaneer Boogie, a swashbuckling, high-energy show full of pirate-themed fun, or take centre stage at K-Pop Karousel, featuring glitter face painting and lively karaoke sessions. There’s also Disco Dodgems, offering a bumpy boogie to favourite tunes, alongside Rides & Vibes- LIVE!, where visitors can soak up the atmosphere with live music.
Each day will end on a high with DJ Leonard headlining the Festival Finale, combining music and dance to create a feel-good finish to a fun-filled day.
Adding even more excitement to a summer visit, some of children’s most-loved characters will also be appearing at the park delighting young visitors with daily meet-and-greet appearances and photo opportunities.

“Alongside this, we’re delighted to welcome our mascots Gully and Gilly Mouse and other famous characters, who we know will be hugely popular with our younger guests for photos and meet and greet opportunities.”
Gulliver’s Valley is home to more than 50 rides and attractions, including The Gyrosaur in the Lost World area, Apache Falls in Western World, and the Grand Prix Racers rollercoaster.
For families looking to extend their stay, a wide range of themed accommodation options are available, including Unicorn and Princess Suites, Pirate Lodges, Captain’s Dens, Mermaid Dens and Lost World Lodges.
