The 46th edition of the massive free event, which has attracted over 90,000 people in recent years, is taking place at Clifton Park on Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 September.
The 50 acre site is split into three main fields - green (celbrating the environment, horticulture and community), blue (music, food, colour, sports) and yellow (celebrating Rotherham's year as the Children's Capital of Culture in 2025).
The green field includes circus displays from The Magpie Circus in their distinctive big top, and the Let's Circus street show. Rotherham Theatre has its own tent this year with variety of performances and events happening throughout the weekend - from a silent disco to family friendly comedians converting it into the Chuckle Tent.
The Made in Rotherham tent is also in the green field hosting the competition for Rotherham's growers, bakers, makers and creators.
One attraction not to miss (and hard to miss) is The Whale by Circo Rum Ba Ba where you can step inside a giant inflatable Sperm Whale.
The green field is also home to Rotherham's sport and activity clubs, brought toghether in the Moving Rotherham Physical Activity Zone. Green is also the location of the Strongman competition taking place on both days.
The blue field includes The Luminarium Experience - a walk-in immersive experience made up of a mesmerising network of colourful domes and pathways (make sure you book this one).
The Produce & Makers Market is a vibrant and exciting area of blue field where small, independent, local businesses are showcasing the wonderful goods they have to offer.
The legacy of Rotherham as the Children's Capital of Culture features across the yellow field and includes musical showcases, a family rave, and an adventure playground.
The yellow field also includes a Workshop Village bringing together orgnaisations that played a key role in the capital of culture. Wentworth Woodhouse, Magna, Grimm & co., Rotherham Libraries and FLux Rotherham are just a sample.
Each field will have an array of street food and drink vendors.
Keep an eye out for the many walkabout performers entertaining the crowds - from samba bands and magicians to breakdancers and costumed characters.
In addition to the fun rides and attractions that are in Clifton Park all year round, a massive fun fair will again pitch up for Rotherham Show.
The much-loved vitage vehicle rally is back for the Sunday.
Visitor parking available at Herringthorpe Playing Fields on both days for £3.
The show takes place between 11am and 5pm eaach day. After the show, head into town to celebrate National Cinema Weekend or enjoy Rotherham's nightlife and the fringe events bringing live music to town centre venues.
